Do guests play with real money?
No. We provide casino-weight chips for entertainment only. Guests play for fun, prizes, or bragging rights—not cash. This keeps your event legal and stress-free.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks for most events, 8–12 weeks for large or peak-season dates (holidays, spring galas). Last-minute requests? Call us—we can sometimes make it work.
Do you provide dealers or just tables?
Both. Every package includes trained dealers from our own bench—not temp-agency staff. Tables-only rentals are available if you have your own dealers.
What areas do you serve?
We have crews in Austin and San Antonio and travel statewide for multi-table events. Houston, Dallas, Waco, and beyond—ask about your city when you request a quote.
How long does setup take?
Typically 45–90 minutes depending on table count. We arrive early and handle everything—you do not need to lift a finger.
Can you run a poker tournament?
Yes. We provide tournament chips, blind structures, and can run brackets for 20 to 200+ players. Let us know your format and we will build the schedule.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Cancellations more than 14 days out receive a full refund; inside 14 days we work with you on credits or partial refunds. Details are in your contract.
